As CBS Stracon is a Financial and Legal services provider we don't accept returns of the services we deliver. We do not accept returns for our services. However, if you receive a non-satisfactory service, please contact us at with details of the service and the defect.
Upon receiving the details from you, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the service or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. We will process your request within 10 to 15 business days of receiving all the information required for processing refund like the reason for refund, bank details for processing request, etc.
As we are investing on resources like time, manpower, technologies and efforts to provide you with a satisfactory output our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by CBS Stracon. Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make best effort to complete the service. In case, you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to government would be applicable. In case of change of service, the cancellation fee would not be applicable.
Kindly note that if 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange of the service.
