REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At CBS Stracon, our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are not satisfied with our services please contact us on an immediate note. We will solve the problem, refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of non-satisfaction of the service provided by CBS Stracon, we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments refund will be made to the same account. All refunds must be requested with in 30 days of receiving the service. We can't refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order. Under any circumstance, CBS Stracon shall be liable to refund only upto the fee paid by the client.
For requesting refund please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. We will process your request within 10 to 15 business days of receiving all the information required for processing refund like reason for refund, bank details for processing request, etc.
As we are investing on resources like time, manpower, technologies and efforts to provide you with a satisfactory output our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by CBS Stracon. Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make best effort to complete the service. In case, you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to government would be applicable. In case of change of service, the cancellation fee would not be applicable.
